We are not in this to help you pass an exam. Everything from how your daily experience will mirror the world of work, to the career coach you’ll work with, to the skills you learn, the tools you use, and the people you collaborate with is geared towards getting a job and setting you up for success from your first day at work onwards.

Traditional courses are about teaching you skills. This program is about training you to get the right job. We will help you identify the right roles in the industry for you, personalise your pathway, and support you until your first day in your new career in the outside world.

It’s easy to learn at a school, and even access learning content online. But we put a team of people around you to help with the hard part, like understanding the industry standards, structure, feedback, accountability, motivation, focus and human support.

We train you not just to be a designer, but to also understand the back end working. We help you learn the nitty gritty of work, and even how to crack the client requirements. Most of all, we are training people for the jobs and world of the future.

Overview of the program:
30 minutes coach session every week to review your growth.
Workbook to help you articulate your vision and take consistent action towards implanting your goals.
Brushing up your skills - illustrations, softwares, pattern making, draping.
You will be assigned a project, where you will be responsible for everything from research, mood boards, design, tech pack, print and embroidery design, sourcing, sampling and handling the production.
Understanding the client requirements and feedback reviews
Working under deadline pressure and getting things done with the team.
The faster you work, the more number of projects you get to work on.
Eligibility:
You need to have some form of education in Fashion (certificate/ diploma/ degree)
You need to have a CV and portfolio ready, to submit in your second round of application.
